πππππ 4.0 (πΊππ΄π΄πΆ) πͺπππππ, clinched the coveted EPIC (Excellence in Project Implementation and Completion) awards, showcasing CSU’s commitment to innovation and technological advancements.
The EPIC awards, a highlight of the DOST-PCIEERD anniversary, aim to recognize outstanding projects in terms of execution, impact, and sustainability. CSU’s CYANanobot and SMART Mines projects stood out among a pool of remarkable contenders, solidifying the university’s position as a frontrunner in research and development within the country.
The EPIC awards not only celebrate the successful implementation and completion of CSU’s projects but also highlight the institution’s crucial role in driving technological progress and economic growth in the region. These awards serve as a testament to the collaborative efforts between Caraga State University (CSU) and the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD).
During the event, Dr. Alexander T. Demetillo, who served as the project leader for both projects, attended to receive the prestigious award. Also, in attendance were Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil, University President of Caraga State University, as well as Dr. Jaymer M. Jayoma and Engr. Rudolph Joshua U. Candare. Additionally, the project management team from DOST-PCIEERD, Ms. Katrina Landicho, Ms. Mary Grace Buenvides, and Ms. Franceska Angeline Carranza, joined the group to accept the well-deserved recognition.
